This Modern Residence is comprised of 3 floors and a total of 22 rooms. The Santos Riverside Residence, as the name indicates, is located in the Design neighbourhood of Santos, and the Tagus river is just a short walk from the residence.

Located in Calçada Marques de Abrantes in the Santos neighbourhood which is know as the design neighbourhood.

In the area you will find many local commerce and art studios as well supermarkets and grocery stores.

The residence is a short 10min walk to the iconic bairro alto and Camões Square, even though will find many bars and restaurants in Santos itself. One of the greatest assets of living here is being next to the Tagus river, go for a walk, jog, yoga, exercise, picnic or whatever, everything is amazing next to our Tagus river!

This spacious modern residence consists of 3 floors and each floor has 7 bedrooms (except the first floor which has 8 bedrooms), 2 bathrooms, a common room/lounge and a kitchen.

If you will study in ISEG or IADE then this Residence is in walking distance! It also has great bus connections to Ajuda Campus of Universidade de Lisboa and its a 3min walk to Santos train station where you can get to Carcavelos (Beach and NOVA SBE) in just a 15min train ride! Cais do Sodre Metro Station is also just a 15min away.
