Where over a thousand Erasmus from Spain and Portugal meet at the YEAH Ibiza Trip for 5 incredible days like you have never experienced before!!
YEAH (YOUTH EXCHANCE ASSOCIATION HUB) will have several parties prepared in some of the best clubs in Ibiza (Eden Club, Es Paradise, Amnesia, Pool Parties at our hotel and much more surprises…). The parties are exclusive YEAH. And only those who have our bracelet can enter.
We will be staying in a Party hotel, where we will have our famous Pool Parties, Triple rooms, Wifi connection, Restaurant, bar and also: BREAKFAST AND DINNER INCLUDED!!
Note 1: You will need to pay a 50€ deposit before the trip. This money will be giving back to you after the trip if everything goes according the plan.
Note 2: Make sure you book your place as soon as possible as all events have limited places.
Note 3: This Event is exclusive for Erasmus Life Lisboa or Erasmus Life Porto Cardholders.
Note 4 (Porto students only): For Erasmus Life Porto students the transportation from Porto to Lisbon is your responsibility. Make sure you arrive on time to the meeting point in Lisbon.

- 27/04 FERRY: Valencia – Ibiza (with party on board with DJ and hundreds of Erasmus students from all over Spain)
- 01/05 FERRY: Ibiza – Denia.
- 3 Nights of accommodation in a double or triple room (with half board, breakfast and dinner)

MEETING POINT & TIME
- Restauradores Square
- 6 AM
DAY 1 – Lisbon – Valencia or Denia – Ibiza
7h00: Meeting in Restauradores Square and departure by bus, direction: Port of Valencia (or Denia). There we will take the boat to Ibiza (11pm). The party will start on the same boat where we will have DJs and we will be with many Erasmus students from other cities in Spain.
For those who do not want to party and prefer to rest, you have the possibility to do so.
DAY 2 – Welcome Pool Party + Party at EDEN CLUB
We will arrive in Ibiza at dawn. The bus will take us to our fabulous Hotel*** to check-in and rest. In the morning there will be free time to rest, go to the supermarket or go to the beach before the first party begins at the hotel: Nations Welcome Pool Party!
Everyone will carry their country’s flag at this first party where there will be entertainment, games, good music and more surprises!
The party will start around 2:30 p.m. and end around 8:00 p.m.
We will have some time to rest and prepare for a crazy party, in one of the best clubs in Ibiza in Playa San Antonio, just 5 minutes from the hotel on foot.
This party starts at 00:00 and ends around 6:00
DAY 3 – Formentera +Party at Amnesia Club (Or another club):
Formentera*
In the morning, we will have an optional activity that you cannot miss. We will leave by boat from San Antonio, heading to Formentera. Once there, we will have the entire day to explore the island. You can rent a car, motorcycle or bicycle to get to the beaches, or walk if you prefer. We will have a meeting point on Ses Illetes beach for anyone who wants to be with the group and have a good time.
If you do not participate in this activity, you can visit Ibiza at your leisure.
Optional Activity
- Excursion to Formentera: €35
Night: Party at AMNESIA Club (Top Club in IBIZA)
After the visit to the wonderful Formentera, it’s a night of partying in one of the best nightclubs in the world: Amnesia club!
The party will start around 00:30 and end around 06:00.
DAY 4 Cala Bassa – Goodbye Party at ES Paradis
In the morning we will have an optional excursion for all those who have signed up and manage to wake up after having a great party the night before. Around 11:00 we will leave by bus to Cala Bassa, one of the most beautiful beaches on the west coast surrounded by a forest. Turquoise blue waters and golden sand. Without a doubt a cove that you cannot miss. You will have time to sunbathe, have fun with beach games and eat at one of the beach bars in the area or with your own food.
Goodbye Party – WATER PARTY in ES Paradis
The world famous WATER FESTIVAL in ES Paradis. An incredible club to dance all night and for those who want to get wet, they can dance underwater as part of the club becomes crazy with water everywhere! If you don’t want to get wet, don’t worry, there are also areas where there is no water.
DAY 5: Goodbye Ibiza
Check Out – Ibiza – Boat Party – Denia – City of Origin
This incredible experience came to an end. It’s time to pack your bags and prepare to return to your city. After check-out at 10:00 we will go to the port of Ibiza to take the boat to Denia and then we will take our bus to Lisbon.
Although we will make every effort to follow this program, the organization reserves the right to always make changes due to justified force majeure.

IMPORTANT:
A few weeks before the event, you will receive a form that you have to fill out with your personal information (ID/Passport) and your room preference. If it takes too long to fill out the form, you will have a penalty of €100 in administration costs. Unanswered forms will lead to cancellation of the place without refund.
CANCELLATION/CANCELLATION CONDITIONS AND COSTS:
At any time, the client may cancel the requested or contracted services, having the right to a refund of the amounts paid, but must compensate the organizer or retailer in the amounts indicated:
▸Management expenses €99 (NON-REFUNDABLE)
▸20 business days before departure per person cancellation fees: 100%
Besides:
a) A penalty consisting of 50% of the total amount of the trip, if the cancellation occurs more than 30 business days and less than 45 business days before the start date of the trip.
b) A penalty consisting of 75% of the total amount of the trip, if the cancellation occurs between 20 and 30 business days before the start date of the trip
c) A penalty consisting of 100% of the total amount of the trip, if the cancellation occurs in the last 20 business days prior to the start date of the trip.

SPECIAL INDICATIONS:
- Please respect the meeting point and departure time, we cannot wait for you if you arrive late.
- You have to show the ticket that you automatically receive in your email after your purchase + ELL Card.
- Day trips are not subject to any type of refund.
- If you sell your tickets to someone, a fee of €5 is applied on day trips and €15 on weekend trips and you must inform us through info@erasmuslifelisboa.com. If you do not do so, the ticket sold will not be valid.
- Published departure times may vary depending on existing traffic or traffic problems. Erasmus Life Lisboa is not responsible for delays due to external factors.
- Latest guidance will be emailed to all buyers in the days prior to departure.
