If it's your first time surfing, don’t worry, there will be a professional teacher to help you catch the waves and have a great time!

The Academia Profissional de Surf School is located at Carcavelos beach, between Cascais and Lisbon, where surfing conditions are ideal. Whatever your level is - beginner, intermediate or advanced - in Carcavelos we have the right swell.

> How to go to the Surf School in Carcavelos from Lisbon? Catch the train from Cais do Sodré station (metro/train) to Cascais and leave at Carcavelos station (it’s a 25 min ride). Then, just walk down Jorge V avenue and turn left on the beach board walking to find the APS Surf School - Academia Profissional de Surf.

> How much is a surf class? With Erasmus Life Lisboa card is 12,5€ during the week and 15€ on weekends. In case you have friends visiting, the class is 20€ without the card (with an ELL Cardholder present! The regular price of the class is 25€ during the week and 30€ during weekends).

> What is included in the price? The price includes a surf lesson with a certified teacher, the wet suit, the surfboard and insurance.

> How much are the train tickets? 3,70€ both ways.
